SPC stone-plastic base (high-end waterproof type): Mainly composed of PVC and natural stone powder. It features high hardness, good toughness, and is bendable without cracking.

Surface layer: UV wear-resistant coating + decorative texture layer. The overall structure is formed by hot-press lamination or pattern printing, featuring eco-friendly performance and zero formaldehyde emission.

The standard size is 1220mm*2440mm, and custom sizes are available upon customer request. Please contact us for detailed size confirmation.

We adopt two mature processes: thermal transfer film lamination and direct UV printing, offering a rich variety of styles. All panel surfaces are coated with multiple layers of UV varnish and cured by ultraviolet light, delivering excellent wear resistance and stain resistance.

We adopt high-definition digital thermal transfer film to perfectly replicate natural marble textures, including Jazz White, Fish Belly White, Grey Marble, Black and White Vein, etc. We also provide embossed slate-style panels with 3D textures and travertine-style panels.

The textures are continuous and natural. We also offer seamless splicing designs. The visual effect is highly close to natural stone with no cheap plastic texture.

Both finishes are fully available:

Glossy UV finish: Mirror-like high gloss with transparent reflection, ideal for hotels, exhibition halls and TV background walls.

Matte UV finish: Glare-free soft matte surface, non-reflective. It is the mainstream choice for home decoration such as bedrooms, bathrooms and office buildings.

Customization is fully supported. We have hundreds of in-stock marble and slate textures. Customers can provide original stone pictures for customized thermal transfer film production or digital printing to obtain exclusive marble and slate patterns.

Custom solid colors, terrazzo textures and jade textures are also available for exclusive development.

Our UV wall panels are added with UV stabilizers and weather-resistant coatings for excellent fade resistance. No obvious fading occurs after 10–15 years of normal indoor use. Slight color change may occur under long-term outdoor direct sunlight, so long-term outdoor exposed use is not recommended. The panels maintain stable color performance in kitchens and bathrooms.

The SPC base material is completely non-absorbent with zero expansion. It will not deform after soaking in water, and is anti-moisture and anti-mold, specially suitable for bathrooms and basements.

Zero formaldehyde emission and zero heavy metals used in production. We can provide E0 grade, CE, ROHS and REACH test reports. The panels are odorless and the space is available for immediate occupancy after installation.

Full-scene indoor application

Residential decoration: TV background walls, sofa walls, bedrooms, bathrooms, kitchens, balconies, basements.

Commercial decoration: Hotel rooms, clubs, mall corridors, office buildings, restaurants, KTVs, hospitals and exhibition halls.

Long-term exposed outdoor use under direct sunlight is not recommended.

Yes, direct installation is available by structural glue bonding. The only requirement is that the existing tiles are hollow-free, clean and well-attached. There is no need to remove the original tiles, which greatly saves construction time and cost.

Direct bonding with structural adhesive on walls for fast construction.

Steps: Clean and level the wall → Apply structural adhesive evenly → Align and splice UV marble boards → Fix with matching trim moldings for finishing.

One single worker can finish the installation within the same day.

OEM manufacturing is fully available. We can adjust panel thickness, dimensions and packaging specifications as requested, and produce customized wall panels exclusively for engineering projects.

We provide two logo printing solutions:

Print customer’s logo and brand information on the back of panels;

Print brand logo on outer cartons and protective films.

Lead time for in-stock orders: Within 3–7 working days

Marine transit time is calculated separately based on destination port.

Mixed colors in one full container are acceptable.

Multiple in-stock colors can be combined in one order as long as the total quantity meets the minimum order requirement.

Each custom texture needs to reach its corresponding custom MOQ, while multiple custom patterns can be delivered together in one shipment.

Our factory allows loading panels of different textures, thicknesses and sizes into one container.

Hot tropical / desert areas: Avoid long-term direct sunlight to prevent aging. Reserve 1–2mm expansion gaps during installation to accommodate thermal expansion and avoid arching or cracked joints.

Frigid cold regions: We will adjust the raw material formula of UV marble sheets for cold climate to ensure stable toughness without cracking under low temperatures. Do not bend the UV marble sheet forcefully in cold weather; normal wall installation works perfectly without issues.
