3D Embossing Technology:
Using high-temperature steel rollers, a stone-like texture with a depth of 0.3–0.5 mm is embossed onto the PVC substrate, accurately reproducing the natural cracks, pores, and intricate details found in genuine marble.
Panels produced with this technology achieve over 95% realism in both visual appearance and tactile feel. With abrasion resistance exceeding 6,000 wear cycles, they are highly durable and suitable for high-traffic commercial environments such as shopping malls, hotel lobbies, and retail stores.
